Unfullfilled
Today was a very unfulfilled day. First and foremost, I'm fighting a cold with full force, willing myself to feel better for tomorrow (the rehearsal) and the big day. As a result, I had to back out of sledding and thus snow pants and crazy carpets and red cheeks and friends. Furthermore, I had to back out of Valentine's day celebrations with Free Samples and Tsuzanne, and thus chips and jello hearts and chocolate covered strawberries and good times.
Le sigh... Le double sigh...
But certain things made it better.
Fingers, for example. Who made me cry. And the idea that the snow would still be there tomorrow.

I hate the snow...everything about it. It takes so long to get to places and my socks are always wet. Today only one door (the emergency gym door) of our school would open becasue the others were all snowed shut. Isn't that some kind of safety concern? ONE door for 1000 people to run to when the school goes up in flames...me thinks so.
I also hit some lady in a civic today...I suck.

I would think that is some sort of safety concern... And, p.s. shouldn't the school take care of that sort of thing? Was the playground plowed? How could they miss the doors?! Hmm? Bad news bears. Seriously.
Fingers gave me a very sweet Valentine's Day card... It made me cry, probs also because I'm super mushy right now...
my car is not damaged but hers has a broken bumper. With no fault insurance I won't have to pay anything....right?
The playground was not plowed...indoor recess. A few of the doors had broken windows from the weight of the snow too - so there was snow in the hallway.
Oh Fingers...what a cutie...
